Happy May Day to you! And, happy end of Whole30 to me 😉 I’ll be posting my thoughts on the program sometime next week, but let’s just say this weekend will definitely include some frozen yogurt and wine.
And speaking of May Day, does anyone still do May Day Baskets? I used to love this tradition!
My absolute favorite book right now is “Now I See You” by Nicole Kear. I’m obsessed! It’s an uplifting, funny memoir chronicling her diagnosis with an eye disease that will eventually make her blind – and the challenges she faces as a college student, young professional and later wife and mother. She’s an amazing writer and I can’t say enough about it.
Favorite Dinner Idea:
Grilled Chili-Lime Chicken with Strawberry Avocado Salsa: A delicious, healthy Spring dinner! I’m thinking sweet potatoes would be great on the side too.
Favorite Sweet Treat:
This Blackberry Chocolate Chip Cookie Crumble is on my must-make list. YUM.
