Happy Tuesday! This past weekend I was in Phoenix for wedding planning and dress shopping. A recap post will be up later this week!
So for now, let’s focus on these beauties: a s’mores and cookie dough mash up.
Let’s face it: I don’t usually have the patience to take step-by-step photos. Luckily, I had the best helper this time! My younger sister brought out her camera and shot in between baking with my mom and I… she’s already more talented than I am 😉
So, first we preheated the oven. Then, we made the super simple graham cracker crust (graham crackers + butter) and formed it on bottom of the pan.
Then, we whipped up the cookie dough (pretty typical cookie dough, with the addition of mini marshmallows with the chocolate chips) and layered that on top of the crust.
And finally, we put the s’mores ingredients topping on the cookie dough and baked it for roughly 30 minutes.

We took ours out of the oven a little early and served with vanilla ice cream. But, it ended up to be even better once it hardened the next day! You can’t go wrong when it comes to mixing two of the best desserts. And make sure you have a lot of people to share with… otherwise you’ll be cursing me later 😉
